These are full-time contract roles with fixed monthly payouts. You’ll be working directly with Wishup and assigned clients.

This is a 100% remote position, now and in the future. We’ve been remote-first from day one, and you’ll never be asked to relocate or work from an office.

You’ll work full-time, Monday to Friday, in alignment with U.S. time zones. Depending on client allocation, your shift will be either 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. We’ll confirm your exact shift timing during onboarding based on client needs.

If selected for the role, you’ll need a reliable laptop with at least 8GB RAM (for Windows) or 2GB RAM (for Mac), an integrated webcam, and a processor equivalent to Intel Core i5, 8th generation or above. Your system must run on Windows 10/11 or the latest version of macOS and have the most recent version of Microsoft Office installed. A fast and stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 70 Mbps is essential for uninterrupted work and communication. You’ll also need a smartphone and a pair of headphones for meetings and calls. Lastly, a quiet, dedicated workspace at home is important to help you stay focused and professional during client interactions.
